Return policy

We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know.

You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions below. Just provide your receipt, and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment.


We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If an order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Quality problems not caused by human within 30 days from the date of receipt, such as: zipper damage, accessories falling off and other obvious defects, as well as serious opening, obvious damage and other appearance defects. Mr.Siga offers free exchanges.
To request a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers only have to pay a maximum of one shipping cost (including returns); Consumers are not charged a restocking fee for returned products. The return address will be emailed to you after you submit your request.

Refunds (if applicable)

A non-refundable condition :
Return can not accepted after 30 days from the date of signature.
Returned items are lost due to the customer using a shipping service that does not have a tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank/Paypal account first.

Then contact your bank/your credit card company. There is usually a certain processing time before a refund can be issued.
